Shipping and Processing Policy
Orders are processed in 1-3 Business Days.
- Domestic: For domestic shipping it can take 3-10 business days to receive. If you order on Saturday or Sunday your order will be processed the following Monday.
- International: Shipping times may vary between 2-6 weeks.
- Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
- International: Items shipped to destinations outside the United States are subject to taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and all other expenses related to the import of products into that country from the United States. We are not able to add these fees to your order before checkout. Laws and fees can change over time, we encourage customers to check with the your customs offices before placing an order. We will not reimburse the customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. If your package is returned to us we will only refund the product price. We must declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value. We will not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value as this is against existing laws.
If you have a "pre-order" item grouped in your cart with items that are "Non pre-order" your ENTIRE order will be processed and shipped during the estimated pre-order date. We highly suggest that you purchase "pre-order" items seperately from your "Non Pre-Order" items so you can receive your "Non Pre-Order" items by our standard processing and shipping time.

Returns, Refund, and Exchanges
Damaged Product Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service through our CONTACT PAGE within 14 days of receiving your product for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 14 days.
Damaged Product Exchange
If your product came within a box, jar, or wig bag; we need both the product and its container or bag it came with.
Damaged product exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances only replacements of broken and damaged Items that where damaged through transit.
